Polishing Process for Stainless Steel Surfaces

Polishing Procedure

For stainless steel surfaces with a roughness of Ra≤1.6μm, the following dual polishing process is employed:

Initial Polishing:
- Stainless steel products undergo electrochemical degreasing and cleaning.
- Subsequently, electrochemical initial polishing is conducted.
- This is followed by electrochemical fine polishing, resulting in a surface roughness of Ra0.05 ~ 0.2 μm.
- The surface is cleaned, activated, and chemically colored.
- After solid film treatment, the surface is sealed, dried, and finalized into the finished product.

Cold Rolling Department:
- Offers stainless steel plate cold rolling services for various finishes and thicknesses (0.1mm – 6.0mm).
Hot Rolling Department:
- Provides stainless steel plate hot rolling services for industrial applications, with a thickness range of 3mm – 159mm and various surface finishes.
