1. What are your prices?

Our prices may change based on supply and other market factors. We will provide an updated price list after you contact us for more information.

2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require all international orders to meet a minimum order quantity. For smaller quantities, please visit our website.

3. Can you do OEM or ODM?

Yes, we have a strong design team. We can customize products based on your requirements.

4. What is the average lead time?

Samples: Approximately 7 日々.
Mass Orders: 20-30 days after receiving the deposit.

The lead time starts when we receive your deposit and final product confirmation. If our lead times do not meet your schedule, please discuss with your sales representative. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment to our bank account via TT or PayPal:

30% deposit in advance
70% balance against the copy of B/L

6. What about the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your chosen method of delivery. Express is the fastest but most expensive option. Sea freight is best for large quantities. Accurate shipping costs will be provided based on the order’s volume, weight, and destination. Please contact us with any questions.
